Do you meet the requirements to use our Mobile Banking App? • Smartphone with at least Android version 9.0, when opening an account with UBS key4 at least Android version 10.0 • You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.
How secure is our Mobile Banking App? In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security. How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more.
